A long time ago, there was a place in Central Celebes named Tanjung. There lived a boy who was an orphan. A fisherman took care of him and named him Lomelo. He had a favorite game, a war. He always became the general in his game.

For along time, the pirates from Tobelo or Siau exploited Tanjung. The Tobelo men usually asked for money, gold, and food from Tanjung villagers. If Tanjung’s people refused, they would attack the village.

One day, Tobelo men came again to Tanjung. They wanted to ask for valuable things. They told everybody that they would attack Tanjung soon. The chief of Tanjung wanted to have a meeting with them. He and his staff received the pirates in peace because they didn’t want any war.
